History of Science Minor
History of Science examines the emergence and development of scientific enterprise and how science and technology shape our lives. The skills you gain through the study of history of science allows you to analyze and interpret evidence and evaluate how scientific knowledge and practice have changed over time.

Coursework
A student choosing history of science as a minor program must complete 20 hours of study, including the following courses:
- HSC 201 - The Scientific Revolution
- HSC 202 - The Technological Revolution
- HSC 399 - Readings in the History of Science
You will work with an advisor to select additional courses from humanities, social science and science departments. Independent studies are encouraged. History of Science is not a teachable minor.
